ABOUT ME
I have an undeniable affinity for words, whether they be my own or someone else's. There is a unique power in the written language, and being able to tap into that power excites me. Besides the pleasure I take in my own writing, I delight in helping other writers develop their craft and take their work to the next level.
I am currently finishing up my B.A. in Creative Writing, concentration in fiction, at Arizona State University. Highlights of my degree include: several creative writing workshops (fiction and poetry), a Technical Editing course, and my time as Fiction Editor for Supertition Review, which allowed me to attend AWP 2015 in Minneapolis.
I live in Mesa, Arizona with my husband Tyler and our spunky Yorkie pup, Jesse Pinkman. My hobbies include all things food-related, and most recently, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
